On the day of service, your assigned hygienist will contact you approximately one hour before arrival.

This allows you to continue your normal daily routine while knowing exactly when to expect us.

Traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times, but our team will always keep you informed with real-time updates if adjustments become necessary.

Upon arrival, we will review any remaining paperwork, including our Terms & Conditions if they were not completed during the booking process.

Your pet will then be comfortably escorted into our fully equipped luxury mobile unit.

Our mobile environment has been carefully designed to provide a calm, comfortable, and structured experience. From lighting and sound to the overall atmosphere, every detail is intended to help pets feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit.

The cosmetic teeth cleaning process typically takes between 30 and 45 minutes, although larger pets or pets requiring additional time and patience may take longer.

Once the service is complete, we capture "after" photos so you can see the cosmetic transformation for yourself.

When your pet's personality allows, we also love creating fun keepsake photos using themed accessories and seasonal props, giving families memorable moments to enjoy long after the visit.

Payment is collected at the completion of the service.

For clients who wish to recognize exceptional service, gratuities are always appreciated and are distributed directly to the hygienist who cared for your pet.
